    Mensline Australia supports men who are dealing with family and relationship difficulties, including men who want to address behaviours that impact negatively upon their relationships. Mensline Australia offers anonymous telephone support, information and referral for men and those concerned for the well being of the men in their life nationally, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for the cost of a local call.

Queensland – Regional domestic and family violence services

 

Regional domestic and family violence services are funded by Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services to provide information, referral, advice, counselling and support to women experiencing domestic and family violence. Many of these services also have information on counselling services available for people who use domestic and family violence in relationships.

Queensland – Court support services

 

Court support services provide information, support and assistance to people affected by domestic and family violence in relation to a domestic violence order and who come before the Magistrates Court. Some services only assist women. Others also provide information to men on domestic and family violence matters and court processes.

  • Brisbane Region

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Women’s Legal and Advocacy Service. Provides court support to Indigenous women at Brisbane, Holland Park and Richlands Magistrates Courts and at the Family Court of Australia.
